In today's busy life, it's becoming more and more difficult to organize yourself. That's because the number of tasks a person has to do in a day is becoming higher and higher. That's why keeping an agenda of all the tasks and appointments you have to perform is essential. Still, an agenda is not enough for most people because it doesn't organize the information efficiently. A much better idea would be using a specialized software that can help you organize your information just the way you want it. Such a software is Interactive Calendar. The program basically adds a transparent calendar to the Windows desktop, on which every task is displayed. This way, a user won't be able to lose track of it.

The software is not difficult to install and can run in most versions of the Windows operating system. Besides that, it takes up little hard disk space, about 4 MB of space.

Running the software will display the transparent calendar on the desktop together with an icon in the system tray, from which the configuration window can be launched. This window allows adding an unlimited number of entries to the calendar. The easy to use interface facilitates adding information. Speaking about the interface, it displays a small calendar with the current month and the next two months. Clicking on any day of it will allow entering appointments. Their text can be throughput customized with the help of the large number of text formatting tools.

For protecting information, the entire user database can be backed up. Besides that, every program entry can be exported as a CSV file, to be reused in other organizers, like Microsoft Outloook.

Pros

It features a desktop calendar that makes the information always available for the user. Besides that, the configuration interface facilitates adding entries to the program, featuring a simple calendar. Furthermore, the user's database can be backed up and also the entries can be exported as a CSV file, for using them in other similar applications, like MS Outlook.

Cons

The program may seem difficult to use at first but spending a few moments with it will allow any user to take advantage of its features. Interactive Calendar is a very good way of efficiently organizing all your tasks and appointments.
